When to use it
The dish you will cook most in the first few hours, because rice is the crop IGN names as one of the two best early bets in the grow chamber and Brown Rice is the recipe that needs nothing else. HP and Defense is also the least glamorous pairing in the set and the one that matters most while you are still learning to parry.
