- Ancient Civilization Zone — bought for 2,070 Amber from the vendor south of the Raging River camp. PowerPyx calls that vendor an Ancient Golem; Fextralife's recipe table calls it a Wandering Merchant while its own weapon page calls the vendor at that spot an Ancient Golem merchant.

When to use it
The first dish that raises three stats, and both its ingredients are things the early game hands you anyway — rice from the grow chamber, meat off the enemies. At 2,070 Amber it is also the cheapest published price of anything on this site, against 4,390 for the cheapest sword. Food is a far cheaper permanent upgrade than steel.
Builds using this
No build on this site currently lists this recipe. It is documented here because a source describes it, not because a creator built around it.

- PowerPyx — All Cook Book Locations — Trophy guide, read 2026-08-06, and the second independent count of the set: 25 cook books, numbered in collection order, with the last two given at Kagura Rapport levels 8 and 10 rather than found. It ties the set to the Gourmand achievement and states that only the Normal version of each book is collected, so Superior and Ultimate are not required for it. It fills the five locations Fextralife marks WIP and it publishes no ingredients or effects at all — the two sources are complementary rather than competing, which is why both are cited on every record.
