When to use it
One of the two dishes you cannot go and get, and the reason Gourmand is a long achievement rather than a thorough one: IGN says rapport rises by bringing Kagura recipes to research and by talking to her, so the last two books are gated behind doing everything else first. Four ingredients, all farmable. Its flavour text is also the only source on this site that tells you anything about Brad beyond his being a merchant.
