Skill Charm III
Boosts Skill Power by +20%. The flattest progression: a III is only double a I, where HP and Defense more than triple. Charms are equipped on Koo, and the five lines — HP, ATK, DEF, Skill and Critical — each run I, II and III. Each charm also carries one rolled mod, named and levelled, which is why two charms of the same tier are not the same item.

Where this comes from
LaserBolt — How To Become Powerful Early (Armor, Weapons, Charm) — opens at 04:22, where the piece of gear is explained.
When to use it
The top of the Skill Power line at +20%, and the one charm read off the client: its panel shows "Boost Skill Power +20%" exactly as published, with a rolled mod reading "Crit Boost 3 — when Emma and Koo land a critical hit, Koo's damage increases by 2%. Max bonus of 70%. Lasts 10 seconds." That frame settles the whole line's shape, and it settles a spelling: the game writes Perfect Dodge, so Fextralife's "Perfecrt Dodge" is its typo and not a game name.
Where it sits in the gear catalogue
- The three Skill Power charms run +10%, +15% and +20%, and this is rung 3 of 3: Skill Charm I and Skill Charm II are the same effect at a different size.
- Charm percentages are not comparable across stats, which is the trap this ladder sets. The top rungs are Max HP +70%, Attack +7%, Defense +70%, Skill Power +20%, Critical Rate +8%, so a "+70%" and a "+8%" are ceilings on different quantities rather than one being nine times the other.
