Full Bloom
A state shown on Koo's own panel. LaserBolt reads the interface at maximum as granting 100 per cent bonus damage and 50 per cent extra stagger, which is why he treats it as a window to hold a Bloom Art for rather than spending FP the moment it is available.

Where this comes from
LaserBolt — Combat Guide: Parry, Bloom Arts and Boss Tips — opens at 02:30, where the skill is explained.
When to use it
The trigger and the duration are the two things a player actually needs, and no source has published either — LaserBolt describes when to use the window, not how it opens or how long it stays open. Treat the doubling as a reason to watch Koo's panel before committing FP, not as a rotation, and treat both percentages as one creator's reading of a screen.
Where it sits in the skill tree
- It sits on Koo's side of the tree, alongside the seven other Koo nodes catalogued here: Higanbana: Bloom, Seeds and Roots, Incantation, Guard, Taunt, Pounce, Snatch and Deft Paws.
- Its weapon requirement is recorded as "None published for Koo", the same string six other catalogued nodes carry.
