Lightning Bolts

Lightning buildup 10, stack limit 12, damage 4 — identical on both sources, and both call it Lightning Bolts. Its arrow counterpart is the one entry the two sites cannot agree on a name for.

When to use it

Agreed on every field including the name, which is exactly why it is the tie-break used for Lightning Arrows above. If the bolt is Lightning on both sites, the arrow being Thunder on one of them is far more likely to be Game8's variation than a real distinction in the game.

Where it sits in the weapon catalogue

  • Its published attack figure is "Ranged 4 (both sources)". Two of the other five catalogued Bolts entries print exactly the same figure — Acid Bolts and Fire Bolts — so the number is not what separates them. Element and location are.
  • It deals Electric, which three other catalogued weapons also do: Thunderwave Sword, Fall Thunder and Lightning Arrows. What each damage type actually does is the page that argues the swap.
