When to use it

A late boss reward, and the record that corroborates a Nushi pairing from a second direction: "Kunai Kirin" is one of the shipped Steam achievements, and this weapon page independently places that fight in The Capital. The achievement manifest settles the names; this settles roughly where.

Where it sits in the weapon catalogue

  • Its published attack figure is "45 enhanced (Fextralife) / 21 base (Game8)". Four of the other 21 catalogued Sword entries print exactly the same figure — Sunrise Sword, Spring Storm, Winterwake and Black Blossom — so the number is not what separates them. Element and location are.
  • It deals Impact, which one other catalogued weapons also do: Cirrus Sword. What each damage type actually does is the page that argues the swap.
  • Its location puts it in The Capital, in the Capital Zone — the segment this site indexes as Chapter 12, twelfth of the 13 marked segments after the prologue.
