Beginning a battle boosts Vigor by 1/2/3. Vigor boosts Emma's attack for a time. Every Spirit Stone carries two things at once: a stat boost — here Max Attack: 9 — and an effect, and both scale with the stone's rank rather than with anything you do to it.

When to use it
The best-evidenced stone in the game and the reason this whole table is trustworthy. Two creators recorded independently on the same day both name Onslaught and both say it grants Vigor, and `/builds/` already carries that from them — so a competitor table, two videos and this site's own build records all agree. Nothing else here has three-way corroboration.

- Sprout into Helm Splitter — RPG Division explains it at 02:30Stacking matters: he states that equipping more than one stone of the same name boosts the effect. Onslaught grants Vigor, which raises attack on entering battle — which is the exact moment this build throws its biggest hit, so the stone and the loop are chosen for each other. BltzZ independently names both the stone and Vigor.
- Thunderwave lightning — BltzZ explains it at 01:30Bonus damage on entering a fight encounter. He is running a level three. This is the third build on the site to name it, which is what lifted the spelling out of caption territory.
- Instant Entanglement resets — Dopamine Hunter explains it at 05:30Vigor at the start of a fight. The fourth build here to name it, which is what took the spelling out of caption territory.
