Beginning a battle boosts Fortitude by 1/2/3. Fortitude boosts Emma's defense for a time. Every Spirit Stone carries two things at once: a flat maximum stat boost — here Max HP: 57 — and a tiered effect that grows as the stone does.

When to use it
Onslaught's defensive twin, down to the 1/2/3 tiering. Fortitude is also what the Golem Incense Skill Amber grants, which makes it the one buff in this game reachable from both an Emma slot and a Koo slot.
