Helm Splitter
Held from a jump. Holding the attack button while airborne drops an area-of-effect slam that IGN describes as high damage with massive stagger, and as most of what Emma can do offensively to grounded enemies while she is in the air. Enhancing the skill widens its effective range and leaves its attack value unchanged. Shakuyaku is its prerequisite in the tree.

Where this comes from
IGN — Best Skills To Unlock First — opens at 03:30, where the skill is explained.
When to use it
Two published readings of its requirement, and they do not agree. Fextralife's Helm Splitter page states an attribute requirement of Vitality and a prerequisite of "Hair skill level 2". Our own read comes from IGN and LaserBolt, who both describe the tree as gating red melee skills behind Strength, green hair skills behind Vitality and blue ranged skills behind Fluorescence — but neither names the branch Helm Splitter itself sits on, and IGN does describe its prerequisite Shakuyaku as a hair skill. Nobody has read the requirement off the client, so both positions stand here. Check your own tree before you spend attribute points to reach it.
Builds using this
No build on this site currently lists this skill. It is documented here because a source describes it, not because a creator built around it.
