When to use it
The last armor and the biggest numbers, in The Capital. It is only unambiguously best if you have stopped caring about being seen — which by The Capital most players have. Worth noting where it sits: three of the four six-slot armors are the last three you find, so the slot ceiling is a progression gate rather than a choice.
