5.2% of owners hold Happy Camper, which makes campsites the rarest completion in the game — rarer than any Nushi kill on the achievement roster. These figures move: they come from the snapshot a cron replaces every day, not from a number written here.
Before you start hunting
Three things that change how you use this
Nothing is missable
The counting source states every area stays reachable, with free roam after the story. That makes this a completion tracker rather than a per-chapter checklist, and it is why the page does not warn about points of no return.
The in-game map only shows what Koo has already smelled
Points of interest appear when the dog picks up a scent in range. Anything outside that range never appears, so a region can read as cleared while still holding pickups — which is the actual reason external trackers exist for this game.
Dragon Vein Shrines start in Chapter 2 and raise max Stims at fixed thresholds
IGN and Rock Paper Shotgun both state that Ogouchi Buffer Zone has no Dragon Vein Shrines, that the set starts in Ancient Civilization Zone, and that Shrine 1 grants a Stim immediately before the 10/20/30/40 thresholds add one more each. IGN also states every shrine gives three Life Fruits; RPS separately frames the set as the route to max Stims.
Some categories tick themselves off in-game
The counting source notes that certain collectible markers gain a checkmark once taken, and some sets can be audited from the inventory screen. Where that works, the game is a better tracker than any website.

Region names only. Per-region breakdowns exist on one source's individual pages and re-typing twelve sets of numbers we did not verify is exactly the derivative behaviour the rest of this site avoids.
Ogouchi Buffer Zone
Spelled "Oguochi" by the counting source and "Ogouchi" by another launch-week guide. One of the two is a typo and we cannot say which, so the more commonly attested spelling leads.
