What Vigor Does in Beast of Reincarnation

A temporary attack buff on Emma, granted in three tiers by spirit stones under different triggers. The best-corroborated effect in the stone table — and the duration has never been published by anyone.

Short answer

Vigor is a temporary buff to Emma’s attack. It is granted in tiers of 1, 2 or 3 by spirit stones, and the stones differ in what triggers it rather than in what it does — Onslaught grants it when a battle begins, Well of Vigor when Emma drops below half health.

Where this is being asked · Search, and only search. Nobody has asked this in a thread we can find, which is itself the finding: the term appears on stone tooltips the player is reading mid-menu, so the question is typed straight into Google from the equipment screen rather than posted anywhere.

Evidence

The answer, broken into claims

A grade describes sourcing, not truth. Inferred means we concluded it and the reasoning is shown; unverified means someone asserted it and nobody stands behind it.

  • CorroboratedVigor is a temporary attack buff on Emma, granted by Onslaught at the start of a battle.

Two creators recording independently on 2026-08-05, plus this site’s build records and the transcribed stone table. Three-way agreement, which no other stone claim in this repo has.

  • UnverifiedWell of Vigor grants the same buff below half health.

The stone table’s effect text only. The trigger is stated there and has not been corroborated on camera the way Onslaught’s has.

  • UnverifiedThe duration and the attack value.

Nobody has published either. Any number you find for them has no stated source.

§01

The answer

Vigor raises Emma’s attack for a limited time. It arrives in tiers — the stone text reads “boosts Vigor by 1/2/3”, which is the rank of the stone rather than a stacking count — and what differs between the stones carrying it is the trigger, not the effect. Onslaught fires it at the start of a battle. Well of Vigor fires it when Emma’s HP falls below half. That distinction matters more than it looks: one is a buff you can plan an opening around and the other is one you only see when a fight is going badly.

§02

Why this is the best-evidenced effect in the stone table

Almost everything in this game’s equipment data comes from one competitor table with no per-claim sourcing. Vigor is the exception, and it is the reason /gear/ is publishable at all. Two creators recorded independently on the same day both name Onslaught and both say it grants Vigor; this site’s own build records already carried that from them before the stone table was transcribed; and the competitor table then agreed. A competitor table, two videos and our own records, three ways, on one claim. Nothing else in that catalogue has that.

§03

What nobody has published

How long it lasts. How much attack each tier is worth. Whether two stones granting Vigor stack with each other or overwrite, and whether the tier or the duration is what a higher-rank stone actually improves. One creator states that equipping more than one stone of the same name boosts the effect, which is a claim about duplicate stones and not about two different Vigor sources. No source gives a number for any of it, and the numbers you will find on aggregator pages do not say where they came from.

Expiry condition

What would have to change for this answer to be wrong

An answer about a live-service game without this is an answer with a hidden expiry date.

Anyone captures the in-game buff tooltip with a duration on it, or a creator states the attack figure on camera. Either would turn this from a described effect into a measured one.

Citations

Every source, with its date

A complaint posted before 30 July 2026 describes the playtest, not the game you bought, and a source whose publication date nobody captured cannot show that it postdates launch either. Both are flagged rather than quietly mixed in.

  • That Onslaught grants Vigor at the start of a battle, said on camera. One of the two independent recordings behind this page.

  • That Onslaught grants Vigor, named independently on the same day as the source above, and that equipping duplicates of one stone boosts its effect. It does not establish anything about two different Vigor sources together.
