Beast of Reincarnation Language Mods: All 5, and the Two Languages Nobody Has Made One For

Thai, Arabic, Indonesian and Persian have community translations; German has an AI voice mod that is not a translation at all; Russian and Vietnamese have nothing. Which of the 11 shipped languages means you need none of them, and the three different ways these five install.

Census read 12 August 2026, logged out, across all four pages of the Nexus listing — 81 published mods, five of them language mods. Nothing on this page has been installed by this site: the install routes are the authors' own instructions.

Pick your language

11 languages are in the game already, 5 more exist as community mods, and two with real search demand have nothing at all. Tap yours rather than reading the table — for most of Europe the answer is that you already have it and can stop looking.

Nothing selected. The full census is below, ordered by downloads.

Every figure read off each mod’s own Nexus page on 12 August 2026, logged out. Download counts are the strings Nexus prints and it rounds above a thousand. Nothing here has been installed by this site— the install route is the author’s instruction, not our verification.

§01

Most people reading this do not need a mod

Eleven languages ship in the game — English, French, German, both Spanishes, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Brazilian Portuguese and both Chinese scripts — and only English and Japanese have a voice track. So for most of Europe and for Chinese and Korean readers the answer is that you already have subtitles and interface, the spoken language will stay English or Japanese whatever you do, and there is nothing to install. That is the majority answer and no mod listing gives it, because a page that lists mods has no reason to tell you that you do not need one. `/editions/` owns the shipped-language list and this page does not restate it beyond the picker.

§02

Five mods exist, and one of them is not a translation

Across the whole 81-mod catalogue there are five language mods: Thai, Arabic, Indonesian and Persian translate the interface and subtitles, and the fifth is German. German is the one worth stopping on, because every page that lists it files it as a German translation and German text already ships in the game. What it actually replaces is the voice track, and the voices are AI text-to-speech — the author says so and lists the artefacts himself, and Nexus carries an "AI-Generated Content" tag on the mod. At 296MB it is nearly forty times the size of any other row, which is the tell: audio, not text.

  • Thai is the most-downloaded of the five and the only one whose instructions give an Xbox Game Pass path as well as a Steam one.
  • Arabic is the most maintained — version 1.5 within hours of upload, against three rows still on version 1.
  • Persian has sixteen downloads and no posts. It is here because a census that drops the quiet rows is not a census.

§03

They do not install the same way, and that is why yours “does not work”

Three mutually exclusive routes across five mods. Thai is a drop-in overwrite of the game folder with no loader and no signature bypass named at all. Arabic writes its paks *directly into* `Content\Paks\` — the author is explicit that they do not go in `~mods` — and bundles `dsound.dll` and a signature bypass to put in `Binaries\Win64\`. Indonesian and Persian are the opposite: non-destructive `~mods` overrides that will not load until a separate Mod Enabler is installed first. Following the instructions from one of these while installing another is the commonest way a working mod looks broken, and it is exactly the detail a one-line aggregator listing drops.

  • The `~mods` route is the only reversible one: uninstalling is deleting three files. The drop-in route overwrites the game folder.
  • On the Xbox/Game Pass build the loader story changes again — the German mod points at the Simple Mod Console enabler instead of the usual bypasses, and only the Thai mod documents a Game Pass path.
  • None of this has been installed or tested by this site. Every route above is the author’s own instruction, read on the date at the top of the page.
§04

The two absences, which are the part nobody can copy

A site that lists mods has nothing to say about the mod nobody uploaded, and that is where the largest demand in this cluster sits. Russian is the biggest language row this game has — `русификатор` at 7.7K in 28 days, with `русский язык` and `будет ли русский язык` behind it — and there is no Russian mod in the catalogue. Vietnamese (`viet hoa`, 1.6K) has none either. Both are worth saying out loud, because the reader typing those words is otherwise going to spend an evening deciding whether they searched badly. Those volumes are SimilarWeb mirror estimates rather than Google figures, and they are used here to decide what to write about rather than as a claim about traffic.

  • Spanish is deliberately not on that list. `mod subtitulos mas grandes` (500) asks for *larger subtitles*, not for a translation — Spanish ships twice over, in Spain and Latin America variants. Filing that row under "unserved language" would have invented a gap.
  • German is not on it either, for the mirror-image reason: the demand is real and the text is already there.
  • If a Russian or Vietnamese translation appears, this page is wrong on the day it does. That is the intended failure mode of a census, and it is why the read date is on the page rather than in a comment.

Beast of Reincarnation Language Mods: All 5, and the Two Languages Nobody Has Made One For FAQ

For any of the 11 shipped languages it is a setting — English, French, German, both Spanishes, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Brazilian Portuguese, Simplified and Traditional Chinese. Only English and Japanese have voice acting, so the spoken language stays one of those two whatever you pick.
