Short answer

At the Cleanse Walker bed, through the "Special Content" menu, after you finish the prologue — the content is not handed to you at the title screen.

Where this is being asked · Asked repeatedly by players who bought the Deluxe Edition, saw nothing in the opening hours, and assumed the entitlement had failed. It usually has not; it is behind a menu most players have not opened yet.

Evidence

The answer, broken into claims

A grade describes sourcing, not truth. Inferred means we concluded it and the reasoning is shown; unverified means someone asserted it and nobody stands behind it.

  • UnverifiedPre-order and Deluxe content is claimed at the Cleanse Walker bed, in the "Special Content" menu, after the prologue.

Game Rant hands-on, read 2026-08-05. Single source; no other outlet or thread describes the path.

  • OfficialThe grants are 30,000 Amber standard and 100,000 Amber Deluxe.

    Fictions support article 51471666086035.

§01

The path

Game Rant, reporting from its own play session, describes the route: go to the bed at the Cleanse Walker and open the "Special Content" menu. It becomes available after the prologue, which is why the content appears to be missing if you look for it in the first hour.

§02

What is in there

The Amber grants — 30,000 for the standard pre-order, 100,000 for the Deluxe Edition — are the publisher’s own figures, from its support article. Game Rant’s hands-on additionally names the Brown Shiba skin for Koo as a Deluxe cosmetic claimed through the same menu. That last one rests on the single press report; the Amber figures do not.

§03

How well sourced this is

One named outlet, reporting from its own session, is the only source for the claim path. That is one hop from the game rather than from the publisher, and nothing corroborates it. It is good enough to act on — you either find the menu or you do not — and it is not good enough to state as settled, which is why it is graded rather than asserted.

§04

If it is genuinely not there

Some entitlements did fail at launch, and the developer has acknowledged that separately. If the "Special Content" menu is empty after the prologue, that is a different problem with a different route: a support ticket at support.fictions.com with proof of purchase, covered on the missing pre-order bonus page.

Expiry condition

What would have to change for this answer to be wrong

An answer about a live-service game without this is an answer with a hidden expiry date.

The claim flow moves in a patch, or the publisher documents a different route in its own support material. The path here comes from one hands-on report, so a second report describing a different menu would also weaken it.

Citations

Every source, with its date

A complaint posted before 30 July 2026 describes the playtest, not the game you bought, and a source whose publication date nobody captured cannot show that it postdates launch either. Both are flagged rather than quietly mixed in.
