How Long Is Beast of Reincarnation?

Four sources, four different figures, and only one of them says where its number came from. All four are published here with their provenance rather than averaged into a number nobody stands behind.

Short answer

Nobody has published a verified figure — the four published estimates span roughly 20 to 60 hours depending on whose number you take and what you count as finished, and only one of the four says where its figure came from.

Where this is being asked · The standard pre-purchase question, and the one where this niche is least reliable: three sites publish confident hour counts, and between them there is one citation.

Evidence

The answer, broken into claims

A grade describes sourcing, not truth. Inferred means we concluded it and the reasoning is shown; unverified means someone asserted it and nobody stands behind it.

  • Unverified20–30 hours main story, 30–40 for completion.

Game8 walkthrough hub, read 2026-08-05. No stated method.

  • Unverified30–40 hours for one playthrough.

Fextralife FAQ, read 2026-08-05, attributed by them to three separate figures given by the developer and publisher. Best-sourced of the four and still unverified by us.

  • Unverified40+ hours.

Arekkz, in his own video title. No stated method.

  • Unverified30–40 hours main story, 50–60 for everything.

Game Rant, read 2026-08-05. No stated method and no attribution.

  • InferredNo verified completion figure exists.

Our conclusion from the four sources above: they disagree, three of them publish no method, and none is first-party.

§01

The four figures

Published side by side, because the spread is the finding. These are what each source states — not what we have measured, and not a consensus.

  • Game8: about 20–30 hours for the main story, 30–40 for completion. No methodology published, organisation byline, no build stamp.
  • Fextralife FAQ: 30–40 hours for one playthrough, attributed to three separate figures given by the developer and publisher. The only one of the four that names its provenance.
  • Arekkz: 40+ hours, stated in the video title of a creator playing on camera. No methodology published.
  • Game Rant: 30–40 hours for the main story, 50–60 to do everything. No methodology and no attribution.
§02

Which one to weight, and why we still do not pick

Fextralife’s is the best-sourced of the four because it says where it came from: three separate figures given by the developer and publisher. That makes it a claim you can go and check rather than a number that appeared. It is still not a verified figure — we have not found those three first-party statements ourselves, and a range assembled from three other ranges is not a measurement. Averaging four figures whose methods are unknown would produce a fifth number with worse provenance than any of them.

§03

What actually drives your number

The one honest generalisation: the gap between "main story" and "everything" is where the spread lives. Game8 puts completion at 30–40 hours and Game Rant puts it at 50–60, which is a larger disagreement than any of them has about the main story. If you are asking whether this is a weekend or a fortnight, every source agrees it is a fortnight.

§04

A note on how these sources work

A competitor URL cited here is evidence of exactly one thing: that the site published that claim. Neither established wiki publishes per-claim provenance or a build stamp, and nobody in this niche has a datamine. That is why the figures are attributed by name rather than repeated as facts.

Expiry condition

What would have to change for this answer to be wrong

An answer about a live-service game without this is an answer with a hidden expiry date.

The developer or publisher publishes a completion figure with a stated method, or enough player-reported times accumulate to form a distribution. Either would replace all four of these at once.

Citations

Every source, with its date

A complaint posted before 30 July 2026 describes the playtest, not the game you bought, and a source whose publication date nobody captured cannot show that it postdates launch either. Both are flagged rather than quietly mixed in.

  • That Game8 states about 20–30 hours for the main story and 30–40 for completion. Evidence that Game8 published those figures, not that they are correct: no methodology, organisation byline, no build stamp. Read 2026-08-05.

  • That Fextralife states 30–40 hours per playthrough and attributes the range to three separate figures given by the developer and publisher — the only one of the four figures that names a provenance at all. Read 2026-08-05.

  • Arekkz — Beast of Reincarnation completion timecommunity · upload date not captured

That a creator playing the game on camera states 40+ hours in his own video title. The upload date was not captured, so this date is the date we read it; the title is human-typed rather than transcribed.

  • That Game Rant states 30–40 hours for the main story and 50–60 for everything, with no methodology and no attribution given. Read 2026-08-05.
