The trophy list and the achievement list are the same list
Start here, because it saves most readers the rest of the page. If you have already looked at the Steam achievement list for this game, you have seen the PlayStation trophy list. Both are 46 entries. Diffing the two name sets on 2026-08-11 — PSNProfiles’ table against the manifest Valve serves — returns nothing on either side, and that includes Duty Fulfilled, which is the platinum on PlayStation and an ordinary achievement on Steam. There is no PlayStation-exclusive trophy and no Steam-exclusive achievement.
- What PlayStation adds is the grade: 1 platinum, 2 gold, 11 silver, 32 bronze.
- And a second rarity scale, measured against a different set of people — see the caveat under the panel.
- And, for fourteen rows, a written requirement. Several of these are flagged hidden on Steam and carry no description at all there, so the trophy list is the only place the requirement is published.
- The check is derived rather than asserted. If a patch adds a row to one list and not the other, the page stops claiming they match.
The platinum is not hard. Finishing the game is.
Three numbers off the trophy manifest settle whether this is worth starting, and the shape they make is not the usual one. 17.58% of tracked owners reach the ending. 7.42% clear New Game+. 7.16% have the platinum. So the funnel collapses once — six in seven owners never finish the game at all — and then goes almost flat: of everyone who gets through New Game+, 96% take the platinum. There is no grind at the end that people bounce off, and no single trophy acting as a wall. The cost is the second playthrough, and once you have committed to that you are effectively done.
- The rarest non-platinum trophy is a silver, not a gold. `Reincarnated` (clear New Game+) sits at 7.42%, below both golds — grade does not track difficulty in this game.
- The two level-100 trophies are earned by exactly the same share of players, 9.11% each. Nobody levels one of them to 100 and stops.
- The most-earned trophy on the list is maximum rapport with Koo, at 41.02% — more than twice the share who reach the ending. People are petting the dog and putting the game down.
Where the 30-hour estimate stops adding up
PowerPyx rates this a 4/10 and puts the platinum at roughly 30 hours, and the 4/10 looks right — nothing here is a skill check. The 30 hours is the number worth arguing with, and this site has its own data to argue with it. The platinum requires two full playthroughs, which PowerPyx states in the same breath, because `Reincarnated` needs a New Game+ clear and other requirements are gated behind it. Our `/length/` page collects published completion figures running 30–40 hours for one completionist run and 50–60 at the top end. A 30-hour platinum would mean two passes at fifteen hours each, against a main story nobody has published below 20. Treat 30 as the floor for a player who already knows the route, not as the estimate.
- PowerPyx: 46 offline trophies, 0 online. Nothing here needs another player or a server.
- PowerPyx: zero missable trophies — which is the figure that actually changes how you play the first run. See below.
- Neither figure is disputed here. Only the hours are.
Nothing is missable, so stop route-planning the first run
This is the practical consequence of the trophy list being what it is, and it is worth stating plainly because most trophy guides for most games say the opposite. PowerPyx puts the missable count at zero. Combined with a platinum that requires a second playthrough anyway, that means there is no reason to play the first run with a checklist open — no chest you can lock yourself out of, no dialogue that closes a trophy, no point of no return to prepare for. Play it, finish it, then decide. The collection trophies (`Know-It-All` for every document at 13.28%, `Gourmand` for every cooking and crop book at 14.19%) are the ones that reward a tidy second pass, and both are more commonly earned than the ending itself is rare.
Difficulty does not gate a single trophy, and one thing that looks like an exception is not
Worth answering explicitly, because most action RPGs do gate something and players pick a difficulty defensively as a result. Nothing published ties any of the 46 to a difficulty setting, and `/difficulty/` states the general form of it: rewards are unaffected by difficulty, so Hard buys the challenge and nothing else. Story Mode softens the parry timing window and the damage you take — it does not touch what you can earn. Combined with PowerPyx’s zero missables, the honest advice for a first run is that there is nothing to protect: play it on whatever difficulty you want it to feel like.
- `Reincarnated` is the one that looks like an exception. It is not a difficulty setting — it is Reincarnation+, the post-game mode that only exists after you finish once, and a second clear is required for the platinum whatever difficulty either run was on.
- That pairing is reported, not proven. A trophy-guide channel says clearing Reincarnation+ awards it; the hidden achievement named `Reincarnated` sits at 0.2%, which is consistent with a second full clear and is not confirmation. Valve publishes no description. See /questions/is-there-new-game-plus/ for how far that source is trusted and why.
- `Blade Collector` also cannot be finished on a first run, and that is New Game+ rather than difficulty either: the Kanzashi is the twenty-first blade and it is handed over at the start of a new game plus.
- No source describes a trophy for clearing on Hard, and none of the 46 names suggests one.
The two rarity numbers on this site are not comparable, and it matters
The panel prints PSNProfiles’ percentages. `/achievements/` prints Valve’s. The same trophy has different numbers on the two pages and neither is wrong, because they count different people. Valve’s denominator is everyone who owns the game on Steam, including the large number who launched it once. PSNProfiles’ denominator is people who signed up to a trophy tracker — a population that completes far more than average, which is why a 7.16% platinum rate there is not a claim that 7.16% of all PlayStation players have it. Sony publishes its own rarity in-console and it is a third number again. Any sentence comparing a figure from one scale against a figure from another is measuring the denominators, not the game.
