Beast of Reincarnation 1.004 (PS5 day-one update)
A day-one update reported on PlayStation 5 and described as a performance and stability pass. It is single-sourced, no official notes accompany it, and it is not the PC 1.0.6 under a different name.
No official changelog exists for this build. What follows is what is known and, separately, what is not — never a reconstruction of the second from the first.
A PlayStation-only update that exists, whose contents nobody outside the studio has seen written down. Recorded so a player checking whether their build is current knows it is there — not as a patch note.
What is known
MP1st reports an update numbered 1.004 on PlayStation 5, describing it as improving performance, fixing gameplay bugs and resolving crashes. That is the whole of the public record, and it is one outlet.
What is not known
Everything a changelog would contain. "Improves performance" is a description of a patch whose contents have not been published, not a summary of them. The itemised bullet lists circulating under this version number are reconstructions: they are not attributed to any developer document, because there is none. Note also that 1.004 and the PC 1.0.6 are different platforms’ numbering schemes and neither is evidence about the other.

Evidence that MP1st reports a day-one update numbered 1.004 on PS5 and describes it as improving performance, fixing gameplay bugs and resolving crashes. Treat the PC half with care: the developer's own launch announcement already names 1.0.6, so on PC that number is the shipped build rather than evidence of a separate download. No official notes accompany either. The host returns 403 to automated fetching, so this was read through search results rather than re-fetched.

The other builds
Announced 5 August 2026 with five named items and no version number. As of 8 August it has not shipped, and the announcement went to X in Japanese rather than to Steam.
The version the launch client reports on PC. It is the build the game shipped as, named in the developer’s own launch announcement — not a day-one download, and it has no patch notes because it is not a patch.
