Where the game actually stops
There are 46 achievements, and Valve publishes the global unlock rate for every one of them, re-read here daily. That table is the only honest map of the endgame that exists for this game right now, because it is the shipped product reporting on itself rather than anyone’s description of it. The drop-off across it is steep in the way a story-driven action RPG’s always is, and the rates are what tell you which of the remaining ones are genuinely hard versus merely unpopular.
- New Game Plus is answered separately and the answer is not the one most sites give — see the question page rather than a wiki.
- Nobody on this site has played to completion. Every roster below is either Valve’s own text or a named creator’s work with a timestamp.
The four sets Valve itself says are completable
Valve hides most of this game’s achievement descriptions from logged-out visitors, so most rows carry no text at all. Four are different, and the difference is the whole licence for treating them as completion targets: Valve ships text of the form "Obtain every blade", "Obtain every type of seedling", "Obtain the manuals for every arrow and bolt type" and "Discover every campsite". That is the shipped game stating that a set exists and what is in it.
- Two of the four have a roster this site can name, item by item, from its own weapon database.
- Two have only a count, from a single third-party source that does not add up to its own stated total — and the pages for those say so rather than presenting a list with the same confidence as the other two.
- None of them carries locations. No coordinates, no map pins. Where a roster row has a timestamp it is a deep link into a creator’s own video at the second he picks the item up, which points at the person who did the work instead of retyping it.
Why the Blade Collector roster is the one to trust
Because two records built from different material at different times agree. Gamer Guru numbered his blades 1 to 21 in his own typed chapter list while completing the achievement. This site’s weapon database was assembled separately, per-weapon, from creator footage and competitor pages. They match on twenty-one names, in order, to the spelling — including the parenthesised Mechblade variants. Neither was derived from the other, which is the only kind of corroboration worth anything in a niche where every wiki is downstream of the same two upstreams.
What is not a completion list
Any published ending count. No first-party source has stated how many endings this game has, and the wikis publishing a number cite nothing for it. Any location list presented as complete — nobody has datamined the shipped game, so every map on the internet for this title is somebody’s playthrough notes. And any "all bosses" roster: the class noun Nushi is the only boss term that has been heard spoken in a recording anyone holds, and the individual names come from creator video titles and competitor pages rather than from the client.
