When to use it
The largest flat stat boost of any stone at 102 max HP, and the one row whose effect figure is visibly broken in its source. The intent is almost certainly 5/6/7/8/10 but this record does not silently repair a number it cannot check. Full-health conditions also pair badly with the four stones that trigger below half.
