Bloom Arts do bonus damage and stagger increased by 10%/20%/30%/40%/50% while Koo's DP is full. Every Spirit Stone carries two things at once: a flat maximum stat boost — here Max HP: 69 — and a tiered effect that grows as the stone does.

When to use it
The second DP stone, and the reason the term cannot be dismissed as one typo. It also reads as the stone version of the Full Bloom window LaserBolt describes on Koo's panel — the same idea of holding an art for a maximum state.
