When to use it

The single most useful record in this catalogue, because it is the only dish anywhere with a figure attached: IGN reads it off the screen as **+5 HP and +1 Attack**, and calls it essential early. Treat that as one rank of one dish rather than as a scale for the rest — but it is the only anchor anyone has for what "increases HP and Attack" is actually worth. Three sources independently place the book in the same corner of the first zone.

Builds using this

No build on this site currently lists this recipe. It is documented here because a source describes it, not because a creator built around it.

Sources for this page

  • IGN — Everything You Need to Know About CookingHands-on, uploaded 2026-08-04 — the only source anywhere that explains the cooking system end to end, and the only one that publishes a number for a dish: Fried Egg at +5 HP and +1 Attack, read off the screen at 05:30. Also the source for the two cooking systems (campfire auto-grilling against Kagura at the Cleanse Walker), the hunger meters gating passive HP regen, the battle pack refill, the grow chamber and incubator, recipe research being one at a time, Kagura rapport paying out in rations, and the Normal/Superior/Ultimate ranks being gated on the Cleanse Walker's calculations stat. Machine captions render Koo as "Coup" and "Ku", Kagura as "Kagra" and "Kaggler", Malefact as "malifact", and onigiri as "oniri" — every proper noun here was normalised against a written source before it shipped.
