When to use it
The book's location is well established and its contents are not: Fextralife has "Section is a WIP" in both the ingredients and effects cells, and PowerPyx lists locations only. So this record can tell you where to go and nothing about what you get. Also the dish that pins down a Fextralife typo — its table says "Gilled Veg" while its own icon file for the dish is named Grilled-veg, and PowerPyx writes Grilled Veg.
