When to use it
Worth a record for the flavour text as much as the effect. "Counteracts the blight" is the only line in the whole food set that claims a dish does something to the blight itself, and no mechanic anywhere corresponds to it — so it reads as flavour, but it is the kind of line that turns out to be a mechanic three patches later. Water is the only ingredient in the game used by exactly one dish.
